Communication Champion awarded CBE

Jean Gross, Communication Champion for Children, received a CBE in the New Year’s Honours List for services to education. The proposals in the SEND Green Paper raised a number of concerns for Afasic regarding the implications for children with speech and language disorders. Afasic Carol Service – wonderful evening

The Afasic bi-annual Carol Service was held at St Andrew in Holborn, London on Thursday 15 December and was particularly special as we were delighted to welcome our Patron, HRH The Duchess of Gloucester.
